The breakfast arrangement was not ideal. i found it inconvenient to have to prepare my own breakfast. the cleaning schedule was only every other day. I think daily cleaning would have been better for such a highly-rated place. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. I wished it was more supportive.

the staff communicated well prior to arrival. i stored my luggage easily before check-in. i really appreciated the english-speaking doctor they arranged quickly (i had an unexpected illness). the two-bed apartment on the fifth floor was very comfortable with an excellent layout. daily servicing kept the apartment super clean.

the water in the shower could have been a bit warmer.

the location proved central to many sites i visited it was divine. the apartment was very well stocked with everything needed. i especially appreciated the washer and dryer a wonderful convenience mid-trip.

i waited some time to enter the building it reminded me of forever. nobody was at reception and the door remained locked. it was difficult to reach anyone by phone i must confess.

the room was large and clean with everything i needed. the air conditioning worked amazingly, a necessity after sightseeing. daniel, a staff member, greeted me and provided really good assistance throughout my stay.

i waited fifteen minutes to enter the building. no one was at reception, the door remained locked, and phone calls went unanswered. a neighboring person contacted someone, then a receptionist looked.
